We would highly recommend Christine Glass for anyone looking for either a buyer's or seller's agent. Having been through this process several times at this point in our lives, it was so nice to work with someone we felt was so "on the ball" and always watching out for our best interests. There were so many occasions where she thought of helpful questions to ask, or gave us things to consider that we hadn't thought of. We're convinced her advice helped save us thousands of dollars as we worked through the negotiation process.
As our buyer's agent Christine proved invaluable in so many ways. She went out of her way to understand our needs and match those needs with available homes. She kept us aware of any new homes as they came on the market and always made herself available to show us any home we wanted to see. She provided us with information on comparable homes so that we could get an accurate assessment of prices. As we entered the negotiating process her guidance was invaluable to us.
As our seller's representative, Christine's interior design background was so helpful in staging our home. Our home was well advertised and she was willing to hold as many open houses as we needed. As the number of homes on the market went up, Christine's expertise was instrumental in selling ahead of many similar homes in the area.
